How have business operations changed to meet COVID-19 safety standards?

Wash U Wash will be operating a delivery only model in Fall 2020. Therefore there will be no store hours, one-time wash and fold, or in-store dry cleaning services. Additionally, all Wash U Wash employees and partners will be wearing masks and gloves at all times when handling any client belongings. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Does Wash U Wash still offer door-to-door delivery?

We are planning to maintain business operations as usual with door-to-door delivery; however, we are still in communication with the school to finalize the safest delivery plan.

Will you have store hours?

We will not have store hours in Fall 2020 to minimize student interaction.

My child is no longer provided WashU housing and will be living off-campus, is there a delivery option?

We will still be offering off-campus delivery options to our traditional locations. We will also serve some further locations that students may not typically reside in for an extra price on a case-by-case basis. Please email us where your child is planning to live next year so we can discuss further details.

If my child may decide to go home during the semester and take classes remotely, will you offer refunds?

Wash U Wash is now offering 6-week subscriptions to accommodate for the uncertainty of this semester and eliminate the need for a full semester/year plan.

 

If I was a Wash U Wash customer in the Spring 2020 semester, do I receive a refund?

We are not offering refunds for the Spring 2020 semester. Leftover pounds will be turned into credit that can be used to purchase a delivery package for the Fall 2020 semester only. Please email us if you would like to redeem your credit.
